Refunds

Realm of Enchantments refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order delivery confirmation, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full return, all items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

Non-refundable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, drinks, candy, etc)
  • To start the return process, please reach out to us via the Order Inquiry.

    All items MUST be returned AND received before any refund will be processed. If a Customer ships any item back to Realm of Enchantments prior to reaching out to us in regards to initiating a refund, Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. Return shipping labels will be provided by Realm of Enchantments when refund is initiated.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:
  • Books with obvious signs of use (cracked spines, dog eared pages, etc)
  • CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and video game(s) that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery confirmation
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a message to the email address provided, notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed that same day and a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for refunds to post to your account, as Realm of Enchantments does not have any control over credit card processing service times.

    Late or Missing refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days, first check your credit card or bank statement again. If you still do not see the credit, contact your bank or credit card company directly, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us so that we may attempt to resolve the issue on our end.

    Sale items

    Any items purchased on sale will only be refunded the sales price amount of the item. Even if an item’s value has increased since time of purchase, the customer will only be granted a maximum refund of the purchased sale price as listed on the receipt. (ex. Customer uses a 10% off coupon on their total purchase. Refund amount of each item will only be the 90% sale price.)

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery confirmation. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out an Order Inquiry.

    Gifts

    If you were gifted items from Realm of Enchantments and need an item returned or exchanged, the purchaser of the gift will need to initiate an Order Inquiry.

    Shipping Returns

    ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

    In the event of a damaged or defective item(s) exchange, Realm of Enchantments will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to the customer. If the Customer does not wish to exchange the damaged items and a refund is approved, the refund amount will only be for the purchased price of the actual items. The cost of your orders initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If a Customer ships any item back to Realm of Enchantments prior to reaching out to us in regards to initiating a refund, the Customer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs. Return shipping labels will be provided by Realm of Enchantments if needed and ONLY after an Order Inquiry has been initiated AND a Return or Exchange approved. This is so that we can guarantee that trackable shipping is used, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your return/exchange item(s) any other way.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you may vary.
